Calvin Douglas Snelgrove

Calvin Douglas “Doug” Snelgrove, 43, of Winnsboro, died March 31, 2007, after a long illness.

He was the son of Calvin and Lucille Snelgrove. Snelgrove Sr. is pastor of Rockton Baptist Church, Winnsboro.

He served in the U.S. Army and was a heavy equipment technician. He was employed as the maintenance supervisor with Yandles Sanitation Services, Richland County Sanitation and co-owner of CDS Equipment Repair. He was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church in Leesville.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, include his wife, Claudia Metts Snelgrove, five children and two grandchildren.
