Lane elected as ERLC officerPublished October 6, 2005
GREENWOOD PASTOR Hal Lane was elected as vice chairman of the board of trustees for the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission during their annual meeting in Nashville, Sept. 13-14. He will serve with Jeff Isenhour of Fayettteville, N.C., who was elected chairman. Lane, pastor of West Side Church, is a former president of the South Carolina Baptist Convention and the state Pastors' Conference. He was also recently elected as vice chairman of The Baptist Courier's board of trustees, and will be serving alongside Donnie Padgett, director of missions for Broad River Association, who was elected as board chairman. |
