SCBC plans reception for messengers

South Carolina Baptist messengers to the Southern Baptist Convention’s annual meeting in Greensboro, N.C., will gather on Tuesday night, June 13.

SCBC executive director-treasurer Carlisle Driggers said the gathering is intended as “ a fun time” for South Carolinians to “see lots of good friends and make new ones.”

Sponsored by the South Carolina Baptist Convention, the drop-in reception, which immediately follows the convention’s evening session, will be held in the Sheraton Four Seasons’ Victoria Ballrooms from 8:30 until 10:30 p.m.
