McNeal joins Leadership Network

Reggie McNeal

Reggie McNeal, director of leadership development for the South Carolina Baptist Convention, is resigning his position to join Leadership Network of Dallas, Tex. McNeal joined the convention staff in 1993 as a strategist for Empowering Kingdom Growth and fostered the development of the Joshua Project and Shepherding conferences.

In his new role, McNeal will be a consultant for congregations and church leaders who are intentionally pursuing what McNeal terms a “missional agenda.” He will begin Feb. 1.

McNeal and his wife Cathy will reside in Columbia.
